Colson Kelly (aka Machine Gun Kelly), is a rap artist with a distinct style. Baker was born in Houston in Texas on 22 April in 1990 to a German and English Scottish family. His parents were missionaries, and during his initial years he traveled a lot along with them. James Colson Baker battled depression as well as joblessness. His Mother Sonia Alane dumped him at age 9. Following that Baker and his dad moved to Denver in the area where they stayed with his aunt, who was his father's. Others in the community bullied Baker because he was poor. He began listening to rap at the age of sixth year. Colson Kelly Baker was born on 22 April, 1990 in Texas in the United States. The music he composes is a blend of contemporary, alternative hip-hop along with rock. Baker has released four mixtapes in between 2007-2010 prior to joining Bad Boy Records. The Cleveland rapper who raps lyrics as fast as bullets, saw a meteoric climb in late 2011, when he switched from self-releasing mixtapes and signing with reputable labels. The following years saw every single album of his charted at number 10.
